Optimization of friction
In the field of friction reduction Teflon®-coatings have become a famous product. Special adders like MoS2 and/or high-pressure binding material have resulted in low-friction coatings.
These coatings are widely used for screws and nuts in chemical industry as well as for hinges, bolts and washers in automotive industry.
